Kindergarten Celebrates 100 Days of School

Kindergarten Celebrates 

the 

100^th Day of School

Kindergarten classes celebrated the 100^th day of school with many math activities.  We counted backwards from 10 to the 100^th day and made crowns, glasses, or banners with 100 on them.  Some classes counted out a 100 day snack.  10 different snack items were counted out into groups of 10 and then mixed together for a celebration snack.  Some classes enjoyed 100 day cookies made by Donna Brummett.  We counted to 100 by tens, made a necklace with 100 fruit loops and read stories about the 100^th day of school.  Many students even wrote their numbers to 100!
